Yeah, I was wrong.
The real amount of the 2006 PFD is $1106.96, not the aforementioned amount. But what's $53.55 anyway.

According to my calculations, I believe that the amount of the 2006 Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend that the Governor will announce on September 20th will be $1160.51.
This is the subject of much speculation in AK right now but I think I have it right.
